My name is Vivian Swiney and I have been a full time REALTOR since 1990 specializing in the sales and marketing of single family and multi-family homes as well as income, agricultural, and subdivision property throughout the northern Tulare County and Southern Fresno County. My total sales in 2008 was over 26 million dollars and my sales for 2009 was over 27 million dollars.

I have a business partner and her name is Lupe Alvarez. Lupe has been in the real estate field since 2000 and is now a full time realtor and helps with my BUYERS PROGRAM. She assists buyers locate the property as she maintains a database of active buyers. Lupe also assists me in various real estate matters and is fluent in Spanish.

I know how important it is to get your property sold. I have assembled a group of hard working agents plus and created an affective marketing plan. This group of agents is of the highest quality and offers incredible customer service who make the sale of your property a reality.

April Roque is the REO Director. She has been a Realtor since 2007. Prior to becoming a full time Realtor she was in Property Management for 10 years. She now uses her combined knowledge to manage Vivian's REO Department. April oversees each transaction from the possession of the property to close of escrow.

Cathy Mintern is my Marketing Director. She implements strategic marketing and advertising plans to get your property sold as soon as possible, using several different mediums including internet and print ads. Cathy has had a real estate license since 2001.

Maria Cortinas is the Escrow Coordinator. She is in charge of making sure all the transaction files are up to date and complete. She has been a licensed realtor since 1988, and is fluent in Spanish.

Olivia Villegas is the REO coordinator. She has been a licensed real estate agent since 1996. She has years of experience in not only representing buyers & sellers, but in new home construction sales as well. She is a member of both the Fresno & Tulare MLS, and she is fluent in Spanish.

LeRoy Swiney is our photographer. He takes beautiful pictures to bring out the best features of the home or property we are trying to sell. He is also a licensed agent.
